Once again Kagawa writes a beautiful world I'd love to visit, filled with different and interesting people/creatures. Although it wasn't a can't-put-it-down book for me I still enjoyed it a lot and find the story and writing flows easily. I still find Meaghan to be an enjoyable, selfless chracter, even if she does seem to cry a lot and is quite naive at times. I also really like the new alliance/friendship she has with an unlikely chracter. Ash is still smouldering and sexy, just how I like him lol and Puck is still his mischivous self! So all in all, a great sequel with a great ending. Looking forward to reading The Iron Queen
